- Successfully completed Queensland Senior Chemistry (or equivalent) are not required to complete CHEM1090 and should follow the sequence of CHEM1100 and CHEM1200.
- Students who are not required to take CHEM1090 complete 6 units of courses from other course lists, including a maximum of 4 units of level 1 courses.
- Not successfully completed Queensland Senior Chemistry (or equivalent) are required to follow the sequence of CHEM1090, CHEM1100 and CHEM1200.
- Successfully completed Queensland Senior Chemistry (or equivalent) are not required to complete CHEM1090 and should follow the sequence of CHEM1100 and CHEM1200.
- Course offered in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
- Course offered in Semester 1, Semester 2 and Summer Semester.
- Students who have successfully completed OHSS1100 and are following the 2021 program rules, will be exempt from completing OHSS2100.
